Lenny Emery has been touring and producing music for over 15 years. Raised on music—his father performed with legends like Ray Charles and Metallica—Lenny was immersed in sound from the start.
At 17, he moved to NYC and quickly rose through the club scene, landing a residency at The Box and playing alongside icons like John Legend, Q-Tip, Imagine Dragons, 50 Cent, A$AP Rocky, Rick Ross, G-Eazy and many more.
By 22, he had toured with Run-DMC on their reunion tour and spun at top clubs including LAVO, Marquee, and 1OAK, while sharing stages with Avicii, Zedd, and Tiësto. Brands like Microsoft, Tiffany & Co., JBL, and Billboard tapped him for high-profile events.
Mentored by dance music icon, DJ Steve Powers, Lenny opened at top venues like LIGHT, DAY LIGHT and LIV, for heavy hitting artists like Swedish House Mafia, Deadmau5, and Kaskade. He even held a unique residency at the New York Stock Exchange, DJing IPOs, while playing festivals like SXSW, Fun Fun Fest, Governors Ball, and more.
At 25, DJ Cassidy brought him on Usher’s URX Arena Tour, leading to high-profile gigs at the Kentucky Derby, Cannes, F1 Grand Prix, and events for the Kardashians. He’s also performed at political galas for both Democratic and Republican parties, events for Fortune 500 Companies and MET Gala Afterparties.
Lenny co-founded DOPEROOTS, a global DJ collective known for over the top parties and collaborations with Adidas, X0Games, and Audiomack, hosting artists like Lil Peep, Lil Skies, Shorline Mafia, Wifi’s Funeral, Baauer and many more. He’s toured / performed with A$AP Ferg, Key Glock, TDE’s Reason, and Stockz, most recently on the Live Nation–backed Not Financial Advice tour.
And he’s just getting started.
